Requesting a Return or Exchange
If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us at anabiamodesty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason so we can assist you smoothly.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free from stains, odours, makeup, lint, or damage
- Returned with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Hijabs & Scarves
For hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves are not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly encourage you to review all product details and measurements before placing your order. If you need additional guidance, we’re always happy to help.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item will also be covered by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued either:
- To the original form of payment, or
- As store credit, where applicable
Return Timeline
After your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Items should be shipped back within 10 days of approval to ensure timely processing.
Please include your order number inside the package to avoid delays.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item or notice a defect, please contact us promptly. In such cases, Anabia Modesty will take care of the return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
Colour & Sizing Notes
We make every effort to represent product colours accurately. Slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
